Blood donation camp at Hubballi Central Railway Hospital to commemorate Kargil Vijay Diwas

Sakkara Nadu Hubballi:-

General Manager P. Ananth inaugurated the blood donation camp organized at Hubballi Central Railway Hospital to commemorate Kargil Vijay Diwas. This program was organized in memory of the Kargil soldiers who sacrificed their lives for the country.

Speaking at the program, P. Ananth paid tribute to the brave soldiers who showed valor in the Kargil War and said that blood donation is important for saving lives and for social service. Hospital staff, railway employees and the public participated in the blood donation camp and voluntarily donated blood.

Kargil Vijay Diwas is celebrated every year on July 26. This day is celebrated to commemorate India's victory in the 1999 Kargil War and to pay homage to the martyred soldiers.

The camp was meant to convey a message of patriotism and social responsibility.

Principal Chief Medical Director Dr. Shobha Jasmine S, other officers and staff were present on the occasion.
